Joanna's rooms & studios are located on the South-eastern side of Paleochora's peninsula where you can watch the sun rise every morning.
This area of the town is located just 5 minutes walk from the centre and is known locally as 'Gaviotika'. It takes it's name from the residents who moved here from the island of Gavdos at the beginning of the 20th Century, bringing with them their own style of houses that can still be seen in the streets of Paleochora today.

To the front of Joanna's you are treated to far reaching views of the local coast line, as well as the peaks of the White Mountains. From the back of the rooms, in the street, you see Paleochora's harbour and the southern area of the town, surrounded in its entirety by mountainous terrain. Behind the harbour lies the old fort - now in ruins but clearly still visible and an excellent vantage point to see all aspects of the town.

This family run self-catering hotel has been recently built, and all 10 studios have been fitted with good quality furniture & equipment to give you a relaxing and comfortable stay. There are Studios for two people, or larger ones with three beds to accommodate families. All the studios are large, and have: - Fully fitted bathroom with shower - Full equipped kitchen area including a full size fridge & 2 ring hob - TV & Wi-fi internet in every room. - Private balcony with table & chairs - Air conditioning - Extra beds available - On-site parking
